Assisted stretching is a form of stretching that requires someone else's help to produce a deeper stretch. 

WHO BENEFITS MOST FROM ASSISTED STRETCHING?

Everyone!  Assisted stretching is not just for athletes or hard-core gym goers.  Muscles tighten and tweak through normal daily movements when proper flexibility is not present resulting in possible back pain, neck pain, and general discomfort.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR A STRETCH SESSION?

Nothing! Just wear comfortable clothing and socks and I will do the rest!

IS ASSISTED STRETCHING GOOD FOR ARTHRITIS?

Stretching can relieve symptoms associated with arthritis by lubricating the joints and enhancing and maintaining healthy range of motion.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET ASSISTED STRETCHING?

Depending on your goal for assisted stretching, you should aim for 2-3 sessions per week.
